Palo Alto, CA – October 9, 2008 – NAI BT Commercial is proud to announce the addition of 13 experienced real estate professionals to its Palo Alto office. The new roster includes 5 senior agents: Justin Bautista – Partner, Jamie D’Alessandro – Partner, Scott Kilpatrick – Senior Vice President, Brian Henry – Vice President, Neel Bhatia – Vice President; along with a strong group of emerging agents comprised of Ryan Lee – Senior Associate, Bryan Danforth – Associate, Ander Vazquez – Associate, Alec Gustafson – Associate, and Matthew Lemos – Associate. Also joining the group as licensed team members are: Chris Shaheen – Associate, Matthew Thomson – Associate, and Natasha Jackson – Associate. The entire group came from Marcus & Millichap.

These 13 professionals bring with them an extensive and successful background in the San Mateo and Santa Clara County investment real estate sector, with a special emphasis on multi-family and retail properties. Led by Bautista, D’Allesandro, Kilpatrick, Henry, and Bhatia the group has collectively closed nearly $500 million in transactions over the past twelve months and $1 billion in the past three years.

Justin S. Bautista joins NAI BT as Partner. Prior to joining NAI BT, Mr. Bautista was a Vice President/Investments and Director of the National Multi Housing Group with Marcus & Millichap. With over nine years experience Mr. Bautista has closed 198 transactions resulting in over $412 million in sales volume. While at M&M he consistently ranked among the top 10% of over 1,200 investment brokers companywide and was in the top 100 brokers in career earnings. Among his other individual achievements during his successful tenure at M&M include: In 2000, he was crowned M&M Palo Alto’s Rookie of The Year; during 2001-2008 he earned M&M’s award for Outstanding Performance in Sales; from 2003-2008 he earned M&M’s National Achievement Award; in the years 2003, 2006 and 2007 he ranked as a Top 10 agent in the firm’s Palo Alto office, while in 2004, 2005 and YTD-2008 he ranked as a Top 5 agent. In addition to being an exceptional broker, Mr. Bautista is also actively involved in the ownership, operations and management of several local apartment and retail properties. Mr. Bautista received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economics from University of California Davis in 1999.

Jamie D’Alessandro joins NAI BT as Partner. Prior to NAI BT, Mr. D'Alessandro was Vice President/Investments with Marcus & Millichap. During his tenure at M&M, Mr. D'Alessandro brokered the sale of over $450 million of real estate investment properties nationwide. He consistently ranked among the Top 10% of over 1,200 investment brokers companywide; year-to-date 2008 he is in the top 25 agents in the entire firm. From 2004-2008, he ranked as a Top 5 agent in the firm’s Palo Alto office, while from 2002-2003, he ranked in the Top 10. Early on, D'Alessandro was named M&M’s Top Rookie Broker among its 40 offices nationwide and was the youngest broker in company history to qualify for the firms exclusive National Achievement Award. Mr. D'Alessandro received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Scott A. Kilpatrick joins NAI BT as Senior Vice President. Prior, Mr. Kilpatrick worked at Marcus & Millichap in Palo Alto where he was Associate Vice President and Director of the National Multi-Housing Group (NHMG). Mr. Kilpatrick specializes in apartment properties in the Mid-Peninsula, 1031 Exchanges, and NNN Acquisitions across the country. With over 9 years of experience and sales in excess of $400 million, Mr. Kilpatrick ranked on several occasions among the highest producers at M&M nationwide. In 2007, he closed 35 transactions with a total value of over $85 million resulting in his recognition as a National Achievement award winner. Mr. Kilpatrick graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance, and a minor in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
