Background & Experience
Boyd began his real estate career as the Co-Founder and Partner of Peninsula Land & Capital in Menlo Park, California. Boyd directed acquisition efforts and managed investor relations, property management and worked to compile a real estate portfolio valued at more than $32 million. Before joining NAI BT Commercial, Boyd worked as Vice President of Willis & Company and in land acquisition for Shea Homes.

Boyd joined NAI BT Commercial in Spring of 2007 and has been honored by NAI BT Commercial as a Top Producer. Boyd was awarded NAI BT Commercial Rookie of the Year in 2008 and recognized as the second highest producing rookie in the company's history. Boyd was awarded ASVB Rookie of the Year in 2008.

Boyd is married and resides with his wife and children in Los Altos, California.
