SAN JOSE (Santa Clara County) - Sung H. Hwang purchased a 6.1k sf freestanding retail building located at 1107 South King Rd in East San Jose for $4.94 mil ($809/sf). The newly constructed building is part of the Tropicana Shopping Center and has a brand new long-term lease in place with Bank of America. The seller was Imwalle Story King, LLC. The price reflected a cap rate of 6.37%. Derik Benson and Lisa Lam with Cassidy Turley BT Commercial repped the buyer in the deal.
