NAI BT Commercial Launches New Corporate Solutions Program; Appoints Seasoned Corporate Executive Kevin Vitale As Managing Director New program to help corporate executives manage their real estate assets San Francisco, CA – December 10, 2007 – NAI BT Commercial announced today its new Corporate Solutions offering and the addition of Kevin Vitale as its Managing Director. Corporate Solutions is designed to create “Offices that Work” for corporate clients through an integrated set of strategic services that are delivered over the entire real estate life cycle and aligned to the client’s business priorities. The delivery platform draws upon NAI’s regional and global resources, combined with best-in-class service partners, processes and technology to enable clients to strategically manage their real estate assets.
Corporate Solutions is a company-wide offering and builds on NAI BT Commercial’s market strength in Northern California, including completion of over 1,400 transactions representing 16 million square feet for tenants in 2006, combined with the NAI Global’s national and international reach with 8,000 professionals located in 375 offices and 55 countries.
The program also integrates the value-added services and products delivered by members of the Corporate Solutions Strategic Alliance. All members of the Strategic Alliance are pre-qualified, proven experts in their field and formally commit to the program. They share the Corporate Solutions mission of working as a tightly integrated team with a single point of accountability to provide clients greater value.
Kevin Vitale, the new Managing Director of NAI BT’s Corporate Solutions, has over 25 years of international business experience with a focus on service, quality and customer satisfaction. He has held senior executive positions including CEO, COO and President with multiple public and venture backed companies such as Wall Data, NetManage, Encanto Networks, Ejasent and Cinergy Health, NetFRAME Systems and ITT/Qume. He continues to serve as a strategic advisor to companies such as StrongSquare/RxInquiry, The Robb Group and Performance eSource.
